If you see a goat, sheep or donkey that your are interested in please feel free to contact us with any questions.

We are flexible but due to some problems in the past we have to set up some guidelines.

We do not sell for meat purposes. Our animlas are sold as pets and breeders only.

We also have a simple contract that must be signed before any animal leaves our farm. 

 I do prefer all animals go in pairs unless you already have some at your farm as all the animals I sell are herd animals.

If we don't have any goats, donkeys, or Babydoll sheep available and you would like to be put on a waiting list, please let me know.  I will e-mail or call you as the animals become available.

 A 50% deposit is required to hold a goat, sheep or donkey. Important: This deposit is non- refundable if you decide you do not want the animal, but, will be returned if anything would happen to this animal on our farm. After you have made a commitment to buy we will hold them for one week.  If we do not receive your deposit within one week the animal will be put back on the sale page or be offered to the next person on the waiting list. 

Goats and sheep are ready to go after 8 wks.  Donkeys will be weaned at 5 or 6 months old.

All animals must be picked up after weaning or a $2.50 a day boarding fee will be applied to the final balance.  This has become necessary because of the rising cost of hay and grain.  We do realize that unforeseen circumstances will arise and we will work with you regarding reasonable arrangements.

Once you have received and signed for your animal we are no longer responsible for them as they are legally yours. 

Important: All balances due must be paid in cash, no checks will be accepted as final payment on day of pick up.

If you would like a health certificate with your animal it has to be paid in full by you, prior to the vet coming out.  This is also non-refundable.

Animals listed as: For sale:  are available for purchase    Pending: are waiting on a deposit...please feel free to inquire.  On hold:  have recieved 50% non-refundable deposit.  Sold: have paid for in full.
